REVLON Flat Iron Straightener 1 1/2" Teal Color

I bought this for myself about a year ago and have used it moderately, not too regularly the past 6 months. I have decided to purchase myself another one with a narrower base. I no longer have the original box with product information so I thought I'd take a photo to show measurement (hoping I did so correctly :)

What I don't know, is if it's ceramic or titanium or ? The plates look like "mirrors", if that helps (see photos). While auction is up, I will continue to look for my instructions that go with it.

I have had no issues with this, it's in excellent condition and I take care of my stuff so it's been cleaned and maintained. This has an on/off switch (see photo) and settings from 1-30. It gets extremely hot.
