FREE: VINTAGE shell necklace

The listing, VINTAGE shell necklace has ended.

This necklace is about 30 years old. I am 40 and have had it since i was young.
It is about 17 1/2" in length.
Natural shell pieces, with some kind of painted glaze on them, one piece broken to a stub, one missing about 1/4 of the tip. Could be restrung to take out the broken pieces or to add length.
the spacers in between the shell pieces are plastic beads.
the ones above the shell pieces are some kind of natural bead. I can't tell what it is, but it is very obviously not plastic, metal, or glass. could be wood. brassy looking twist barrel closure.
The texture of the shells is very apparent.
This is a delicate item.
