This is a slicer (cheese). mincer (meat), Dicer (vegetables) and much more. It is made by Cook Club of America which is a great brand and it is very useful. I bought one for myself and thought I would get one to share on Listia. I love mine very much and never realized how much I would really use it until I received it. I use it everyday!!!

The big white piece is what you put your slicer, dicer, mincer or whatever part you want into and then you just turn the handle and it does the work for you. Very easy to use.
