does that mean the ring is not marked 10kt ( or whatever) you were just told it was gold ? I have a gold chain that is marked 14kt but it is very obviously not gold. you are very mysterious about the ring you say you dont offer refunds because you have been screwed but you keep saying "thats what I have told" who is telling you this a jeweler ? or a little voice in your head ?
