The listing, HP LAPTOP has ended.

It is a hp laptop computer it still runs and works. it has windows 7 home premium on it. the only things needing to be replaced and are cheap to do so is the mouse sensor and the keyboard. it comes with its own wire and fan for to sit under it. i just dont want it anymore cause i have an all in one and a tablet. just found out the external cooling fan doesnt work no more so i wont be sending it with that sorry everyone. and i dont know how to fix an external cooling fan. the memory on it is 280gb for c drive and 17.3 gb for your recovery drive on it

HP says if you press the Fn key and tap Esc, the model number should pop up.

Well I had to put it back up due to the external fan I had under it quit but if you win you can do that I am sorry I just don't want to do anymore hurt to it

Because if you read I said it wasnt working and I found out that it didn't work with my laptop and no one else is having a problem cause I am sending it flat rate with the wires and the laptop itself

Have you tried redownloading the driver for the mouse and keyboard? Or running a diagnostic test? I know I had a computer I had to keep reinstalling drivers it finally went out
