This item works great...I switched to Charter so I don't need it anymore...comes with power adapter and 1 cable.

Nothing wrong with it, all data you need to set up is on the unit, and if I remember correctly as soon as you get it plugged in and connected you automatically go to 2Wire set-up...since I have an unholy numbers of cables, if the winner is generous with credits I'll send all the cables(including phone cord) that they need...
