Good used condition with some minor scratches . Most of the time it was in gel sleeve.

Battery appears to still hold a charge but of course i can't guaranty the battery'

cricket flashes all phones.now .I have a blackberry curve and it through verizon.. and they charge $35.00 to flash it..and you have to have it activated with them and they charge whatever plan you want..

Yes just about any phone with a Sim card can be unlocked , the card changed and used on a different Network. This is the way it has worked in the UK for many years as they have had a Sim card system much longer. Hope it helps.

This was my personal Blackberry Pearl. My contract expired with Verizon and I did not renew with Verizon. I did not have any problems with usage of this phone.

You will need to contact Verizon to activate the phone. You will need a data package through Verizon with this phone.
The phone comes with the following:
1. Pink BB Pearl 8130
2. The black blackberry sleeve case
3. Battery ( Holds Charge)
4. Wall Charger - replacement not original
5. Two gel phone covers
6. Original Verizon Manager Software, Users
Guide for BB Pearl
7. Blackberry User Tools Cd

It does not come with the little SD media card you will need to provide your own if you want to save your media/ songs/ pictures etc. on a card

It does not come in the original box

CDMA has the network information hard coded into the phone rather than in a removable card. The phone is essentially hard codes to use a specific frequency and cell towers of a specific company and cannot be changed by the end user. Verizon and Sprint are CDMA providers in the US. Smaller companies like AllTel (recently purchased by Verizon) and MetroPCS also use CDMA. You can only use phones issued by these carriers on their networks.

I just spoke to a Cricket Representative. Their answer is No, you must have a Cricket phone. Sorry.

To my knowledge each company has its "own phones" specifically set up for their their company so others cannot be used..

No sorry it does not work with Boost Mobile .
