Yes. I was peeking at them through the plastic today and I would say they go at least mid-calf if not longer. It's a bit hard to tell with the plastic on. I hope that helps.

I believe they are for men. The paper it's attached to says "One Size Fits All". Sorry, I can't stretch them out to see how long they are because they're attached and folded over. I hope this helps.
