From neck to crotch is 19 inches, crotch to ankle is 16 inches, all together is 35 inches. :-) :-) :-) hope that helps

just a regular large shipping envelope and then send it 1st class mail instead of flat rate. if i win you can even take the costume out of the original package and fold it to fit in the envelope.
