This is used but the conditions is good.
I don't want it anymore because I have decided to stop putting heating tools in my head simply because I have very thick hair and I'm just scared of heat damage now that I have my healthy curls back lol sorry for the essay. But anyway it works great lol I just don't want or need it anymore. P.S. It does not work good on African American hair...Just saying lol but have fun bidding
