It is free shipping.....if you read the entire blurb you will also see where it says "Payment(if required)" obviously if it says free shipping then paypal does not apply to this auction. I'm sorry that I put up a lot of auctions and just copy and paste the blurb. Fanned back and thank you

I know this is a straight talk phone, I have used them for years, but they have to work off of either Verizon towers or AT&T towers! Do you know which one this works on? It makes a difference where I live!
