I'm really not sure, but I don't think so. It don't take a sim card and I think it's a prepaid phone.

No Im srry. No charger included. I have been lookin for one here on Listia for myself. I have a samsung 3 so its tha same charger. Sorry bout that...... I will mail it with a full charge tho.

Ok I was wrong. I CAN CONNECT TO INTERNET on this phone w/my wifi. And tha last few pics are different b/c I changed tha background n stuff on it just for sh*ts and giggles. I just changed it again to a cool shooting star theme.
