I love making coconut oatmeal cookies and eating them straight out of the oven. If you do it right they'll be moist and gooey but not so much that they stick to your fingers like cookie dough. You have to let them set for a few minutes once they're out of the oven so they don't burn you but they taste amazing.If you're allergic to coconut or oatmeal, don't bid! If you have any allergy questions about what's in it ask me!
