random pokemon cards tiered auction by hp this is how it works depending on how many credits you bid, you will recieve a certain amount of cards with various hp's(hit points)

1k-2999 5@70 hp cards
3k-4999 5@80 hp cards
5k-6999 6@90 hp
7k-9999 6@100
10k-13999 5@110+2@100
14k-21999 6@120+2@110+1@100
22k-35999 6@130+4@120+3@110+3@100
36k-49999 6@140+4@130+5@120+4@110+3@100
50k-69999 4@150+5@140+6@130+6@120+6@110+5@100

70k and up will recieve
1@200 holo card+ 1 full art venusaur ex@180+4@150+5@140+5@130+5@120+5@110+6@100

if gin is used you will get all cards from 70k plus deoxys ex card and venusaur ex not full art. as well

we can ship international however any international items will require a flate rate of $27.00 usd for canada. everywhere else other then the usa and canada it will be a flat rate of 31.00 usd. (all packages will be mailed priority, insured, and tracking on internationals and canada shipping.)
we can accept either paypal and/or credit cards (visa, master card, american express,
and discover)
if you (usa only) do not have a listia verified address i will not ship. for all others i will verify it in another program.

No not really... I'm not even clear on what the tiers are or what the winner will receive. There is a place to put the shipping amounts in the auction details so they don't have to be explained elsewhere. And I am in the US so none of that applies to me...
I don't understand the basis of your auction really... I think you mean that 1000 credits will get the winner 5 cards with a hit point value of 70 each, is that right? Interesting idea I guess but I don't know if most of us care about hit points all that much - we care about the character, the set, the generation, promos and errors, the condition, etc.... Know what I mean? I would rather know what the cards are as I seldom if ever bid on random card auctions... I think a lot of people feel the same way.

I'm sorry but now I am really confused. What other software would you use to verify someone's Listia account and address?? Even if they are in another country, they have to have a verified address here on this site to use it correctly. What software could you have that would do that verification for you instead of Listia? And if it isn't verified through Listia, what is your recourse if something goes wrong?
I don't know but if it were me and it were that much trouble to ship to very very distant lands (don't forget the custom forms! lol), I wouldn't do it. Most of us won't do it. Canada is as far as I am gonna ship - because customs forms are annoying! lol

All I was saying is there is a place to put the shipping fees so you can use your listing to explain the cards for sale instead of run-on sentences about the shipping. Of course you can charge whatever is needed for postage to whatever place - no one is disputing that at all. I am just saying that it is confusing and the way you have these tiers are confusing. I am sorry but its very simple to understand. For the United States of America its free shipping but If the United States of America does not have a listia verified address on file with listia then I will not ship. For other countries I will do a verification on a different software. I hope that helps.

I am sorry WildMouse but it seems that you are the only person that is confused about this auction and I am sorry to have to say that I can't explain it all to you. What we do with our shipping and how we ship is up to us. We've done very good at that and had 100 percent no issues. Perhaps maybe your looking at the wrong place I am not sure but. As for american users, the shipping is free, if a address is not listia verified he will refuse to ship until the address is verified by listia .

Now if you bid 1,000-2999 credits you will receive 5 cards with 70 Health Points

if you bid 3,000-4999 you will receive 5 pokemon with 80 Health Points. It is rather simple if you take the time to actually read rather then crying about being incapable of understanding sorry to seem rude , if you are incapable of reading this sellers description when explained just fine maybe be better to avoid such auctions that require you to read (which is 99% of them)
