The listing, ***Mexican Hat Mother Of Thousand Plantlets*** has ended.

20 Mexican Hat Kalanchoe Mother Of Thousand Plantlets!

These differ from the Alligator type Mother Of Thousand plants that I have, in that they grow in a much more compact manner, with fuller, more rounded leaves.

I love all of the Mother Of Thousand Kalanchoe varieties, but I must admit, this is my favorite. When it starts producing plantlets along the leaves, it reminds me of lacy ruffles : )

Like the other Kalanchoe varies, these prefer bright light (a sunny window will do) and a once weekly watering.

I will send the winner 20 plantlets from one of my mother plants (pictured).

I also have the alligator type listed, for anyone that would like that type as well : )

If you have any questions, please ask.

As always, thanks for looking : )

I love this type, too. I had some a few years ago, but lost them all to an early freeze : ( I got some from ebay last winter, and won a few babies here on Listia, so I'm becoming happily overrun with them again!
Thank you for stopping by and commenting. It's always good to see you : )

Will they have any roots on them? F&W :)

Some of the plantlets will have the small roots that develop while on the mother plant, but, as I'll be taking them off of the mother plant the day I ship them, those early roots are the only ones they'll have. Thanks for asking : )

Do we have to put them in water first to root them?

No. You just lay them on top of soil, and they will take root, and grow VERY quickly!
