This is a Victoria Jackson Lip Kit - it comes with three colors and a pencil. It did have four but I used that one so I removed it - the other three have never been used. They were each opened to verify that but never came in contact with anything other than it's container. The magnetic closure kit also features a mirror - this is not a glass mirror which makes it nice for travel.

It could also be a cute kids makeup set (with supervision of course).

Condition - it was stored in a makeup bag so it does have some discoloration around the edges as you can see in the pictures.

It was made in China.

Shipping - I am asking $3.25 to ship this item to the US. Therefor the starting bid is one credit. This can be sent as well concealed cash or I prefer Paypal. I will give you email or invoice you which ever you'd prefer. I do not make money on shipping - this is the true cost to ship the item and 50 cents for a bubble envelope.
