This is a gorgeous skirt made by INDIGO MOON and sold on QVC. it is made in india.
this skirt is marked size s, but we have listed it as medium as it is sized larger.

It is tight fitting with an elasticized waist and a fringe on the bottom edge.
This is a velour type fabric and it does not crease.

This fabulous skirt is made of 100% rayon and is fully lined with 100% polyester fabric.

Measurements:
Waist: 27 inches unstretched and 38 inches stretched

Hips: 42 inches

Length from top to bottom: 33 inches (including the fringes which are 2 inches long.

Bottom width: 44 inches

This skirt is new with tag, and is in excellent mint condition.
