Hi, thanks for your question! It's 28 & 1/2" measuring from the part of the halter strap that would probably hit at the shoulder level to the hem. It could be a little longer or shorter depending on how you tie the strap behind your neck.

The fabric is 85% Nylon and 15% Spandex. It's sort of like swimsuit fabric with a lot of stretch.

Hi, The waist measures 22" unstretched and will stretch to about 32" max. There is no zipper. The third pic above shows the back. I think there is a little elastic around the top of the back, but the whole dress is soooo stretchy, it's hard to tell.
