R u a child or an adult? Usually I just measure wrists in inches and that's how. Can u measure ur wrist?? Or it's also a child's one fits all, woman one size fits all and man one size fits all. Depending on the size of ur wrist is it tiny, small, med, lg or XL. I can go off that to!!

U wear them and if u ever need rope in an emergency u untie the bracelet and it holds up to 550 pounds. It's a great survival equipment to have handy.
