This is non working? Unclear since you said you removed the battery. FYI if this was water proof or resistant once you removed the battery you broke the water tight seal.

looks like this is womens? looks like two-tone, with gold being down the middle of the wrist band? is there any scratches on the glass face? is this coming from a non-smoking home?

It's is two tone I wore it twice I took the battery out and started using another watch bc of my job and just don't wear it anymore

She's right bamagirl, if water resistant or proof you broke the seal, that's why you need a trusted jeweler to put in a new battery of any good brand, someone else does it and it voids the 12 yr warranty. Fossil, Seiko etc change batteries cheap and will also clean and buff out any scratches the watch may have, you'll get back a watch you'll swear is new. Any time you need a watch battery never do it yourself, let the make so they can replace the seal you break when removing the battery cover.
