sure....what did you have in mind? the lowest I would want to go (considering im offering free shipping % listia takes 10% for doing a GIN) is probably 8500...because this is such a big scarf it probably going to cost more then you would think a scarf would...its like 90" long! I guess even back in the day I wsant good at knowing when to call it quites!! lol:) I just kept knitting a little each day until it was time for me to go home..

That complement means so much to me...it's so long cause I was sure on how to finish it off...grandma was such a stickler for teaching me how to do things myself & not doing it for me. So I practiced on another little piece over & over again til I got it...G-ma loved cliche bits of wisdom. ... "if at 1st you don't succeed, try, try again." I heard that alot that summer! Lol:-)

I wish i did....I'm 29 now (almost 30! Eek!) & it was back in my summer before high school when I made it...I'm doing good to remember what I had for breakfast yesterday! Lol:-) I just had my 1st baby a year ago (his b-day was sept. 4th) and I think I'm still suffering from mommy brain! Ha ha:-) If I wanted to take it somewhere to find out, what store (or type of store) would be best to go to? Like a Hobby Lobby? Thank you for stopping by& checking out my auction! :-)

Lol:-) cool....Life has actually given me a rough & tumultuous ride lately....like level 5 rapids kinda rough.....listia is my saving grace & the lucky recipient of any free time i have but lately that hasn't been much:-( what actually got erased was an impromptu soliloquy about how bad I have it. Lol! :-) I have never been one for hosting my own pity party but a 5 lb bag can't hold 10lb. Lol:-) I am so tired of people (not my fellow listians) making off the cuff assumptions based on superficial or superfluous things. I don't know why there is a common misconception that if your skinny or pretty or wealthy then your automatically are problemless, happy & lucky thus a person to envy (I'm not saying I have those qualities but other people do...except for the wealthy part! Lol..i wish). I opened up the proverbial floodgates today on someone who made the mistake of lamenting to me how I had it all &was so lucky which "just isnt fair". I told her everything that is making my life suck right now & the poor thing walked away shell shocked! Lol! Currently my life would give day time soap operas & even Jerry Springer a major run for their money. The ONLY things keeping me from being forced to bear hug myself in a windowless & white padded room are my son, Connor, and Listia!
Alot of people forget that you can NEVER judge a book by its cover! As much as I hate cliche (especially when given literary applications) they exist for a reason! And with that being said I will step down off my soapbox & stow it away til the next time my patience for self absorbed & ignorant individuals gets pushed the tilt level! I feel bad for those who go through life this way but the joke is actually on them......they are usually so self absorbed with their own lives that they can't see how ignorant they are! Ha Haha :-) okay. ...NOW I'm putting the soapbox away:-)
