UPDATE: For those of you that are bidding I did not realize I had the wrong charger, but the one I am sending you might like better. It is a cord where you can charge it on the computer and an adapter that the cord goes into where it becomes a wall charger. Sorry about the mix up. But I have so many cords and chargers to different stuff that I did not think to check the one I took a picture of.

I believe so. The information book mentions a sims number. I do not know much about cell phones.

It is a Straight Talk phone.they are the provider. You can actually purchase the time online. About the sims card. It must have one because it says finding your sim number. But know nothing about that part. Just going by what the instructions say.
