This is all but new...if one of my 5 cats went in it...it was for about 5 seconds. I have one cat that loves to go under blankets so I thought she'd like this to be inside somewhere cozy...guess not. It stands about 17 inches tall and the bottom is 13 inches square. The opening is 7.5 tall and 6.5 wide. I suppose a small dog could fit in it also. It suppose to be washable since it's made of a sturdier foam so it will stand up. It is covered and lined with what I would call fleece. Cozy little thing but my "kids" just aren't into it.
