I can tell you how to use them even if you don't GIN or win. You put your cord or leather in the crimp and use pliers to crimp the last two sections so it holds your cord in place. Do the same thing on the other end. Makes a nice finished look, you add a clasp and you are done

I have found that a pliers works the best.. these are pretty tough and it takes a bit of pressure to smash them.. I keep turning it so I don't put too much pressure and crack the crimp. Sometimes I close the crimp half way and the cord stays in place while I crimp.. tricks I have learned
