This is brand new never been out of the box. Im trying this again as the last time I listed and sold a new lighter I got a negative review as the person thought it would come full of lighter fluid and working. AHHHH folks, you cant send that through the mail.....................
So hopefully this time that wont happen.

This lighter will come to you NEW but you do need to supply the fluid. And maybe flint or something like that. Im not sure as I don't use these but for sure it wont come full of lighter fluid!
