The listing, Seatbelt Purse has ended.

I found this very pretty and very unusual purse recently in a resale shop. It's black, made out of car seatbelts. The measurements are 10"wide, 7 1/2" deep(top of purse to bottom) 6 3/4" handle. It's a heavy purse. It's in EUC.It has a tag or label inside with the name" Harveys." That's all I can tell you about it. If you know anything about this purse and brand leave a comment :)
