Yes it has the HDM1, and port to plug in earbuds or headphones, it comes with the USB to plug into another computer or tv.

It looks and handles as well as top brands. I have had a samsung galaxy, ipad and nexus. I think this comes pretty close. I haven't had any issues at all.

Yes I have one, I like it alot I was surprised. I had not heard much about it either, but after getting it I love it. I got it from a friend of mine who sold me two for a great price. The other person who told me they wanted one, didn't have the money so I listed it here.
