I MADE THIS..LOL..I sold these on ebay for yrs..then i got tired of thier fees so left and still have a few left over that i didnt list. Any way..this is for a boy..but could be for a girl too i guess,,its a simple cake really, but sooo cute.
It is made with two receiving blankets..yellow w/diamond shapes in white, a G and a baby giraffe embrordered on them..inside the blankets are 6-8 diapers.i believe they were for 8-10lb...cant remember..ugh..any way..they are wrapped around a 4 oz bottle. On the top are two pair of socks. One yellow and one white..there are two ornamental rattlles added for looks...these are just that..ornamental..not for the baby! This is all held together with a lg diaper pin, and there is lace wrapped around the bottom, that can easily be removed with out damaging the blankets.

This is awesome... I'm due in Jan... Thinkin about gettin diapers now n trying to mess with them to see what kind of things I can get myself into for the shower...

im sure it could..its all in yellow and white, but the bottle has a blue top..but the bottle is no biggy..my girls ahd all different colored bottles.

Hey, im gonna make a Pooh cake that is neuteral. it will be like this one, only instead of the cosmetic type of rattles..it will have two finger puppets, One bear and one tiger..and 2 pair white NB socks w/ NB diapers. Just waiting on the diaper pins..lol.had to order them..no where here to buy any.

LOL..that is funny. My bday is the 22nd..so its close. You're lucky..i carried all of my kids thru the summer heat and humidity. Wish i had a winter baby..the heat almost killed me..haha

hehe... I'm already starting to form [and I have fibro] so it's taking a tool on me this time around... buuut for some reason, I'm more cold then I get warm/hot.. lucky me I guess.. haha. My neighbor is having a baby in Oct. n she's in short n short sleeves n I'm sitting beside her in Jeans n Hoodie... she laughs at me all the time.

Wow..poor thing..thats got to suck. You know with my 1st one..i didnt really start to show signs of obvious pregnancy till after 7 months..with my 2nd one, i was huge b4 5 months..and the 3rd...well lets just say i was showing at 7weeks...and she was a tiny lil thing..still is..lol. Good luck to you, and i hope you can keep that fibro under control. I know how bad it can be.

You're welcome..if these seem to do ok..im gonna see if i can find the stuff here to make more..they were going for about $20 when i sold them on ebay..i love making them..so i hope they do well..lol
