Description
The listing, Large Red Cherry Tomato seeds has ended.
These can be grown in a pot or outdoors in your garden. I have had greatsuccess both ways. sow 1/4", keep moist, germinates in 8-10 days. They grow approximately 2 ' tall and harvest in just over 2 months. It really depends upon the soil and the environment. Don't drown them and then drought them. Keep an even moistness in a rich soil and you will have an endless supply all summer long.
Questions & Comments
If I were to plant these in the tomoto outside green hanging grower, how would I do it? Its the vegatable tomatoe grower which hangs outside and the tomatoes grow out from bottom.
check the directions that came with your 'topsy turvy'. I believe you have to start the plant in a starter pot and then transfer the seedling once it is extablished. Maybe when it is 9-12 inches tall. I could envision that it would do very well with proper peat moss to help retain moisture and good 'garden' soil. The tomatoes would be the small cherry type and I imagine they would do well; maybe even inside year around ;-)
