It's against listia rules not to send the item out 7 days after the winner provides a verified address (they don't have to be verified to have a verified address). Not trying to be rude or anthything but if you get reports on your auction because you said that, a listia admin will review it and either take your auction down or suspend your account. Note, if a winner of an auction is not verified and only sends you their address through a message, you are not required to send it. I see you've been on here quite longer than I, but I;ve done extensive research on the matter and that's the truth.

In that case, i would either offer the buyer a cash reimbursement, or offer them a list of other items i could give them in trade to make up for the damaged goods.

Ok so let me ask you this: (i am verified btw) let's say for instance the person is not verified because listia is giving thrm problems gettingit done (it hhappened to me at first) and they couldn't get verified before the auction ended. They followed your rules and did as you asked, but when they got it, it was all messed up and didn't work, but they didas you asked. You now have their credits and you can't refund them......then what do you do?

You're kidding right? On the "got it" part? You're not supposed to do that til you actually do get it .What happens if you send it and somethings wrong with it? Or it's broken? The admins willsay you're s.o.l. You can't refund the credits cause they already gave you a rating.

That message is ONLY for listia users that are not verified. I have been stolen from on here by users that arent verified.

The last incident, the girl received my package and deleted her account. So i lost out on the credits and she has my item!!

I put tracking on ALL of my packages. I am just trying to cover my butt and not be stolen from AGAIN!! Im sorry, but if you dont like my terms, you dont have to bid on my stuff.
