Long, long necklace of genuine freshwater pearls and silver bugle (tube) beads with handmade clasp. Long enough to wrap around the neck twice and the wrist even more times. Could be used as a fashion belt. Each piece of jewelry that I give away comes from my personal stash of jewelry that I've designed and made as a labor of love.
