I feel my auctions are fair, & I'm always available for any questions you may have. I strive to provide the best photographs possible as well as the most complete and accurate information I have re: items up for auction. However, I have some rules I follow:

1.) You do not have to bid unless you want to. If you made a bid "by mistake", talk to Listia, not me. "Buyers remorse" is no excuse - you bid on it, you bought it!
2.) You can always request a GIN, but I reserve the right to agree or disagree.  
3.) Generally speaking, I do NOT return credits (unless I simply do not ship your item[s] or am directed to do so by Listia admin.
4.) I am an honest person and I deal with those who bid on my auctions honestly as well.
