Ok from the top of the zipper to the top of the foot cover is 26 inches, hope that helps, let me know if you need it measured another way

Hi there! This is adorable! Could you tell me - does it run true to size, or is it a little big? I know some costumes run large, some run small, etc...just curious if you think it might fit a short 23 month old? She wear 24 months, but that size pants are long on her....just curious what you think...thanks so much! :)
