This is an AT&T Go phone that has a broken LCD..It is usable if you can handle part of the screen being jagged out, but..... I AM SELLING IT AS IS FOR PARTS ... NOT AS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL PHONE..so there will be NO buyers remorse... all you will receive is the phone with working battery, there is no charger but it takes the standard charger most phones use now..It does not have WIFI but with the Go phone plan it does have internet.. It takes a Sim and a SD card that are NOT included
