Used but still completely functional. Signs of wear on the screen. Slides up to open full keyboard for texting and dialing, or answering. Camera on the back only and completely functioning. If there are any other questions just ask and I will reply as soon as possible. Thank You

I was not sure what page plus was and did some research. This is what I found to answer your question.
"Page Plus also offers its customers the opportunity to activate select phones from CDMA networks such as Sprint, Verizon and Alltel Wireless. Many of these carriers’ phones are compatible with the network. You can use the phones that are not compatible on the network. Page Plus does not guarantee that they will function fully; you may not be able to get support for their use."

Alright, it's the last photo posted. I'm not sure what Verizon's deal is with sim cards however, if after researching I find that the sim card is reusable for different accounts, I'll send the sim card with it !!!
