Great auction. It says free shipping.. but you state a fee in the description.. which is it?

Just for future reference if you offer free shipping in the auctions post. Youre unconditionally expected to provide free shipping. Next time post a fee for shiiping then in the description offer conditional shipping. Many people search with free shipping only and wo n t bother to look before bidding.
