Does it have any kind of stamp or marking on it? This is usually located at the clasp or on a flat piece next to the clasp. If it is sterling silver, it is marked 925. If it is 10k gold, it would be marked 10KT,

It is stamped 925 and also has a makers mark, can't make out.

well 925 is silver so that's what it is so it's cz with probably lab made saphire but still looks nice!!
