I bought this system used roughly a year ago, so I am the second owner of this system.
However, I never played it because when I bought it it required a power cord. They are easily purchasable for around 2-7 dollars at Game Stop. I just never went and this has been sitting in a box.
Prior to buying it, I played a quick round of Pokemon Stadium with the girl that sold it to me (and lost horribly, if you needed that information.)
I can say that it worked then, I am not sure if sitting in a box for a year would make it work any less. I am just stating this "in the case of."
The games should work 100 percent, Nintendo games can survive the Apocalypse.

Game system comes as show, the system (minus the power cord), the three games and three controllers.
