Cute outfit. Pair of jeans from Coldwater creek, size 16 and long sleeve ruffled shirt from Old Navy size Large. Shirt has some piling, but still has plenty of life left. Jeans are in excellent shape because I lost too much weight before I wore them much.

Length is about 41-42". I am 5'8" and they fit me.

They are 96% cotton and 4% spandex, so yes, they would stretch some.
