here's a ring w/ 7 rows of genuine diamonds.. 4 rows are genuine cognac diamonds and the other 3 rows are genuine white diamonds. this ring is set in 14kt white gold and is a size 6 but there's so much gold in this ring it can be sized up or down. i had it sized to a 6 from a size 7.
