This is an extra heavy light blue exercise band. Does not have the logo on the band but it is the same. This was part of a set and I do not use this band so I put it up for auction.

It is about 4 feet long and about 6 inches wide.

The band is extra heavy so I would say the resistance is pretty high. I don't know how to measure the resistance.
