This is a vintage Sheaffer pen and mechanical pencil set with a holder from Sheaffer also. They both have a white dot and they both need the lead and ink cartridge. I don't know what size the pencil lead should be. I remember these being used at church when I was younger by some of the ladies I knew. They would tuck this into their Bibles. So they are probably from the 70's.
