This is a Very Beautiful Birthstone Ring with 9 Sapphires - one in the center surrounded with 4 on each side and sprinkling of white crystals ? diamonds? I just don't know. It has a heavy duty gold band..not thin but sturdy. It is too big for me over size 8.5..a 9 or even perhaps 10.
