No the bag has not been exposed to smoking. It's a pretty clean bag except for a couple of pen marks inside. The bag has lots of pockets and room inside.
Measurements are 13 1/2 W x 9 1/2 H x 6 1/2 deep. There is an adjustable strap that is about 14 inches long and top handle is approx. 4 inches.
