The listing, SKULL BOOT CUFFS-Custom Made has ended.

Skull boot cuffs custom made to order! You choose the color you want and I make them! They may take a little longer than a week so don't bid if you can't wait, credits will not be refunded. You will get them in a timely manner though! Boots not included! The cuff measures about 4-5", they do not cover entire leg! skulls that fold over are about 3" very cool looking!

There is a band that goes around calf then you fold the skulls over the top of the boot.
