Could you confirm the measurements? It seems shorter than 18 inches. How many pockets does it have?

Hi thanks for checking my auction out I had my son do the measures this time he said 21 by 18 I'm gonna try to take pictures with the tape if it let's me load. There are two side pockets three inside compartments.
