These are WELL USED "props" that are no longer needed. Signs of wear and many hours of fun evident! Listing includes the Jester hat and the Clown puppet. Hat is felt and the bells do jingle. Clown puppet pops in and out of the cone when you pull the wooden handle. Batteries not included or needed - lol. Small children loved it when I wore the hat and "Clownie" told them a story. Imagine that - no cell phone, no game cartridge, or IPad but somehow we managed:)Hopefully someone else might be able to use them.
