FREE: twinkle witch costume

The listing, twinkle witch costume has ended.

this cute Halloween costume is a toddler size 2- 4.the skirt part of the dress lights up it is battery operated. the batteries are included. it comes with the dress and the hat. it is used, only worn once. i put it back in its original package and packed it up when we moved. my little girl loved it and wore it with her favorite pair of boots and some black leggings.
