Are these for guys or girls. I don't remember the size being 4 to 10 , Womens are 5 to nine and mens are 10 to 13. They must be for teens maybe?

To be honest I'm not completely sure, I found them buried under some Halloween items.
The tag does say sizes 4-10 and it could be teens, but I'm in my twenties and the ones I got for myself fit just fine, (I bought 2 and posted the extra ones here. the ones listed have never been worn.) So they should be fine for woman and teens at the very least.
