Very Nice Pre-Owned Condition. Entire item is Made of metal. NO RUST anywhere. Has 2 Handles....1 which is stationary, the other moves.
I haven't seen any dings or scratches. There is NO RUST on the bottom
It is painted that way to given it an appearance of being old. Item has been kept indoors.
Any white seen on spout is camera flashback.
